I keep my promise in my previous post as i will put the next pictures and the stories of my trip on Saturday (April 29, 2012). Yeah, I was still with Obai. We went to Ir. Juanda forest, Bandung. We went there by angkot (minibus) as our way to go to kawah putih. We met in Istana Plaza. It was our first meeting here but i never felt that he is a stranger for me as we knew for more than 1 year on facebook. It is what social network for :) . Yeah, i was happy to meet him then we continued for our plans to go to some places that day. We went to Ir.Juanda forest first. Well, i told him that i did not know the route of the public transportation there then i would only use my weapon. That is my language to ask and ask to everybody in the street he..he. Yeah we took a green angkot to go there, if i am not mistaken it was a cimahi-station hall angkot. Well, it took more than 1, 5 hours to get to Ir.Juanda forest but i could not directly reach the Juanda forest after we went down from the angkot. We decided to walk to go to Juanda forest after we went down from the first angkot as some said it's close. It only will take 100 meters more on foot. Yeah, we believed them at that time, we continued walking then. The road is good as it is covered by asphalt already hhaa...We walked but we felt, it was not only 100 meters more but we thought it was 1 km or more. ha ha..Yeah at least, it was good for our health as we were like doing exercise ha ha.. Sweaty, sweaty and sweaty..!! When we asked to everyone in the street, they will say 100 meters more..They will say the same number (100 meters) wherever we asked the people there though we kept walking. Finally, we arrived at Ir. Juanda forest at 12.30 p.m. Yeah, you know i was so happy when we finally arrived there as i could see the nicest view of the forest from the entrance gate. Well, we might to buy the entrance ticket first. As usual, the foreign visitor got the different price fr the ticket, I paid only 12.000 rupiahs and Obai paid 50.000 rupiahs. Yeah, we entered the forest and saw the map. Well, we went to the cave first. Dutch cave is the first destination. Well, we must walk again for more than 100 meters to reach the cave. Yeah, my legs are strong enough. We entered the cave but before entering the cave, some guys offered us flash lights to rent. They charged 5.000 rupiahs for one flash light. We rented one. The cave was totally dark and i thought there would be some lamps inside it but there are no lamps. We walked straightly and we saw some rooms or what they called i do not really know. All the rooms are same shape and wide. Well, i was a bit scared to be inside the cave but it was fine as i got friend he he.. Yeah we finished the cave then we continued to go to Maribaya waterfall. Well, it was the toughest place to reach ah ha.. We decided to challenge our legs whether our legs are strong enough or not to walk for more than 5 km. ha ha.. Yeah, we continued our walking. The roads were in bad condition as it was in forest ha ha.. Slippery and much water in the road. Well, there were some guys offering us a motorcycle to rent along the way but we refused them. I think they were annoyed with us he he.. We continued our walking..We went through some high stairs and i saw Obai looked so tired and he was sweaty a lot ha ha.. We took a rest some times. I bet, he lost weights after that ha ha..Yeah after more than 1 hour walking, we arrived in Maribaya waterfall. I could say that our walking was not useless as we walked for the wonderful waterfall. Yeah, we still excited though we were so exhausted. We took some pictures of it from the bridge. We met some monkeys there too. I was afraid of monkey, indeed he he but nothing happened as they were a nice monkey LOL.. Well we only spent some times there then we continued our trip. We planned to go to Boscha Observatory but i was confused how we went there. We asked to a security there and in fact, He offered us a motorcycle to rent again. We did not take it and we chose to take angkot though the security said there would be no angkot to go there but we belived there would be. Yeah, believing in ourself is good as we finally got angkot to go there. We only had to pay IDR 5.000 to the Boscha Observatory though we could not directly arrive at Boscha Observatory by that angkot. We need to walk again for more than 1 km. Yeah, we made it. We arrived in Boscha at 3 p.m but we were not lucky as Boscha was closed from Saturday to Monday. Nobody told us about that along the way. he he.. Well, we only took some photos there as usual then went back. We got a new friend along the way, a nice cat followed us he he.. I bet Obai remembered that haha.. Yeah, the story did not finish yet, after going to Boscha..We thought it was possible to go to Tangkuban perahu mountain. Well, i will write about the Tangkuban Perahu mountain in the next post :). So, i would post it as soon as possible.
